In-Network Insurance Companies
Below are listed the insurance companies with whom I am presently in-network as a provider. Being in-network typically means the client is able to access services for no to lower cost than those providers who are out-of-network. Benefits vary between and within plans, and often change year to year so it is suggested you contact your insurance company to learn about your costs prior to starting therapy and each time your plan renews.

Many clients choose to work with a therapist who is out-of-network, due to availability and/or personal preferences. For the clients who make this choice, I require payment at the time of session and then will provide a monthly Superbill so the client may request reimbursement from their insurance company. Some clients also choose to pay for therapy privately, often due to having no insurance, improving the freedom of choice, and/or wanting to ensure additional privacy from third-party payers. For those individuals, there are options to pay via cash, check, debit card, or credit card.
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance company or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance company to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance insurance company to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
For those clients who wish to pay via debit or credit card, information will be stored via Square (see Financial Agreement for more details) to cover attended sessions as well as late cancellation and no-show fees.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a late cancellation or no-show fee.
